Am turning 30 this year and i have been constantly trying to deny who i am and who i want to be with. Apart from family and society pressure to get married and have kids i have stayed true to myself and i will continue to fight for what i think is right for me. Am not married neither do i have kids, while the rest of my peers are prouding themselves and married and mother to 3-4 kids i was busy trotting the world and leading 'an active academia' iife. oohhh wow thats a mouthful!!!! anyway thank you for this beautiful blog although i dont have a very stable and reliable connection i heart what your doing. Thanks for making my days and keep on encouraging many. I am 38, was married for 10 years (divorced 2 years ago) and found the love of my life...a woman! We have been together going on a year and it has been the easiest and most fulfilling relationship of my life. I just stare at her in amazement...good god!! I have 7 kids and anytime someone would like to chat about kids facing the "two" mom thing in school, or anywhere else, I would love to talk or e-mail or blog....We live in Plymouth, MA and have had two known incidents of disrimination and my kids have done such a wonderfull job handling it...They are awesome for the most part....and they all have such different personalities.....oKay enough for now, I hope to talk to more people....
