My new addiction
Posted under Everyday ramble by Recovering Straight GirlAs I was ordering my Holiday Cards from Costco.com, I stumbled upon the greatest MF invention I have ever in my life seen.
And now I’m completely obsessed.
It’s called MyPublisher.com and you create your photo albums, however you want, with captions, without, with stories, or not, big pictures, small pictures, 2 pictures per page, 12 pictures per page, whatever, however you want to do it.
After you’re finished creating it, they make it for you in a hardcover linen or leatherbound book.
AND
You can share your book with other online and order additional copies if you want.
Yes, I’m doing my cruise pictures.
Yes, I’m working on my blog post at the same time, because my blog post will become the story to go with my picture book.
Can you say cool?
Can you say RSG is obsessed?
Because I SO AM.
Kami? Do you know about this?
I’m so done with scrapbooking.
So done.
Now, I must go back to making my ALBUM!

OK, that’s all I need is another addiction LOL
I just uploaded a new song to my page, made me think of you (and me since I just got back a regular ‘ol straight cruise
You can also go on Snapfish–or probably any online photo site and do the same thing. My daughter made us books fof the baby or Christmas last year. You can add captions too. They were $20.
There are also many sites on digi-scrapbooking. You can add backgrounds and borders–all on the computer. No more cutting.
Have fun.
I just looked at My Publisher–if you use Snapfish you don’t have do download a program–just the photos and captions. Kodak has the same thing and Shutterfly too I think.
Noooo. I can’t want to know about this.
STOP.
My sister in law just used this to create one for their recent trip to Paris.
I got to see it on Thanksgiving and it was FAB.
Holy shit, that sounds way cool. Must check out.
Oooh, very cool! Like I need another online/photo type addiction though?!?
I won’t tell you all that this has been available on Macs for years with iPhoto…..no, I won’t tell you that.
But I agree, it’s a way cool and fun thing to do. You go RSG!
